The first-ever stateside La Luna was a sultry summer dance affair with an independent, passionate spirit. New York’s performance art center, Knockdown Center, housed an energized lineup of 16 musicians such as DJ Harvey, Moodymann and DJ Tennis, shared across five stages for a 12-hour collective dance to the Moon.
